Do you only offer monthly payments and/or can you provide a Purchase Order?
We know that in some cases monthly payments (we pro-rate all services to the 1st of each calendar month) won’t work with your companies or clients purchasing arrangements and we can usually accommodate all requests, including purchase orders and pro-forma invoices.

Do I need the Email addon
Shared hosting at GURU is provided over a number of different servers. Each server is setup, maintained and optimised for the specific services it provides which allows us to keep and maintain our high level of service and super-quick website load times.
With this in mind we are able to offer a discount for people wishing only to host their website with us rather than website and email services.
If you require email functionality such as POP/IMAP or forwarding email addresses from name@yourdomain.com then you need to select this option when signing up or upgrade to this account at a later date.
Because we use our own dedicated email platform, GURU Shared Hosting including Email is filtered of spam and viruses by the excellent technology of Spam Experts. This means we're able to provide a far superior and cleaner email service to you than you would ordinarily get with standard shared hosting. Nobody likes spam, so this is something we include as standard with all Email services, and we think you'll soon love the clutter-less inbox it provides.
If you simply wish to host your website with us then you do not need to sign up for email services which will save you money on your monthly bill.
Please note that you DO NOT need to have the email addon if you send emails via your website, such as order confirmations and other customer communications. The email addon is only required if you wish for us to host your email mailboxes (IMAP/POP3).
